Flowering with T5 lights: Week 2 (Flower Room A)

Flowering with T5 lights: Week 2 (Flower Room A)

Doing some side by side comparisons using T5 lights. 1 setup all Flora Suns and Agrogrow bulbs 1 setup using 454nm, Red sun, flora sun, actinic 1 setup using Agrogrow, Fuji Purple, Actinic and a Red Sun I believe. So far we are preferring a simple 6500k for Grow and the 3000k bulbs for Bloom with just a couple of the Flora Suns tossed in. Can also add in 2 6500k Daylights for good measure instead of the Florasuns but its all up in the air as far as what yields the best. Bottom line is, keep a level canopy, LST and Supercrop EARLY in their life, veg for 5-7 weeks. (We only vegged these for about 4 weeks due to wanting to get this comparison going.) The downside to the T5 grows is the fixtures are only good for about 3 plants once the plants get big and around 5 weeks. Then it becomes an issue. We flush plants for a full week when flipping to Flower so you will see some minor deficiencies in the leaves in some shots. They went back on nutes on day 15. They should be back to go! rgeous in a couple days. We also have a couple of plants that are just larfy as shit under a 240 watt Blackstar LED to see how it measures up as well. The Blackstar did pretty shitty compared to T5 last time but we are keeping it much closer to the canopy this time. This grow is an Arizona Prop 203 compliant grow by a licensed Caregiver for 3 patients.
